Abstract
Maqolada O‘zbekiston fond bozorida aksiyalar muomalasining muammolari va rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Emitentlar faolligini oshirish, davlat ulushini kamaytirish, investor huquqlarini himoya qilish va dividend siyosatini muvozanatlashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar berilgan.
