Abstract
The principles of green economy and sustainable development, as well as the integration of environmental, economic and social criteria in enterprise management, are scientifically analyzed. The study examines the evolution from classical management theories to modern sustainability-oriented approaches. Conceptual models such as the “Sustainability Balanced Scorecard”, stakeholder theory, ecological modernization and circular economy are evaluated as important theoretical foundations for the formation of green management in enterprises.
