METALLGA ISHLOV BERISH JARAYONIDA SOVUTISH-MOYLASH SUYUQLIKLARINING FOYDALI ISH KOEFFITSIYENTINI (FIK) OSHIRISH
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada metallarga ishlov berish jarayonida sovutish-moylash suyuqliklarining foydali ish koeffitsiyentini (FIK) oshirish usullari o'rganildi. Xususan, legirlangan yuqori qattiqlikdagi po‘latni frezalash jarayonida turli sovutish sharoitlari (quruq ishlov berish, an'anaviy suyuq sovutish, minimal miqdorda moylash (MQL) turli suyuqliklar bilan va kriyogen sovutish) ta'siri tadqiq qilindi. Olingan natijalar zamonaviy moylash strategiyalari ishlov berish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirishini ko‘rsatdi. Masalan, suv asosli emulsiyadan foydalangan MQL usuli quruq kesishga nisbatan kesish kuchlarini taxminan 20% ga kamaytirib, asbob xizmat muddatini ikki baravardan ortiqqa uzaytirdi. Kriyogen sovutish esa kesish kuchlarini yanada pasaytirib, asbobning xizmat muddatini sezilarli darajada oshirdi. Ushbu natijalar sovutish va moylash usullarini optimallashtirish orqali qattiq po'latlarni ishlov berishda samaradorlikni oshirish, sirt sifatini yaxshilash, asbobning xizmat muddatini uzaytirish hamda energiya sarfi va ekologik ta’sirni kamaytirish imkonini berishini ko'rsatadi.
