SINTETIK GAZ (GTL) YONILGʻILARINING ISHLAB CHIQARISH TEXNOLOGIYASIDA SUN’IY INTELEKT ASOSIDA OPTIMALLASHTIRISH VA MONITORING TIZIMLARINI QOʻLLASH
Abstract
Ushbu tezisda sintetik gaz (GTL) yonilg‘ilarini ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanish masalasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada Fisher–Tropsch jarayoni asosidagi GTL zavodlarida jarayon parametrlarini optimallashtirish va real vaqtda monitoringni tashkil etish usullari taqdim etiladi. Sun’iy intellekt algoritmlari yordamida energiya samaradorligini oshirish, nosozliklarni oldindan aniqlash va mahsulot sifatini barqaror ushlab turish kabi masalalar tahlil
qilinadi. Shuningdek, IoT tarmoqlari va aqlli sensorlardan foydalangan holda monitoring tizimlarini joriy etish orqali zavod xavfsizligi va ishlab chiqarish ustidan nazoratni kuchaytirish yo‘llari tavsiflanadi. Tezislash bosqichida olingan natijalar GTL zavodlarining yanada barqaror, xavfsiz va iqtisodiy samarali ishlashiga erishish uchun dolzarb tavsiyalar beradi.
