Abstract

Tadqiqot ishining maqsadi etib AVT-3 texnologik chizig‘ini tozalash jarayonida hosil bo‘ladigan chiqindi oqava suvini absorbent yordamida tozalovchi gidrotsiklon konstruksiyasini takomillashtirish belgilangan. Qo‘yilgan maqsadga erishish uchun gidrotsiklonning qarshilik koeffitsienti,  gidrotsiklonining gidravlik qarshiligi va gidravlik qashilikning tozalash samaradorligiga ta’siri tadqiq etilgan. Chiqindi oqava suv tarkibidagi kerakli komponentlarni yutuvchi absorbent tanlangan.

Tavsiya etilayotgan gidrosiklnning turli konstruktiv parametrlarini qo‘llash va uning qurilma gidravlik qarshiligi hamda tozalash samaradorligiga ta’sirini baholash maqsadida o‘tkazilgan eksperemental tadqiqotlarda optimal parametrlar sifatida quyidagi qiymatlar qabul qilingan. Qiymatlarni qabul qilishda matematik rejalashtirish usulidan va PLANEX dasturidan foydalanilgan. Unga ko‘ra chiqindi suv kiruvchi potrubka diametri dq=115 mm,  qurilmaga kirayotgan chiqindi oqava suv sarfi Qsuyu=1.1 m3/soat, qurilmaga berilayotgan chiqindi suv tezligi  ωs=1,25 m/s, va qurilmaning gidravlik qarshiligi ΔPs=2670 Pa bo‘lganda gidrasiklonning tozalash darajasi 87,9 % ni tashkil etishi aniqlangan. Aniqlangan bu qiymat mavjud qurilmaga nisbatan tozalash darajasi 13,7 % ga ko‘p bo‘lishi tadqiqotlarda isbotlangan.
