The article discusses issues related to improving the efficiency of the use of water and land resources. There are also materials on the effective use of water and land, technical, material, labor, financial and other resources to obtain high, sustainable and environmentally safe yields of agricultural crops. The data on the successful implementation of systemic and on-farm water use plans, improvement of land reclamation conditions, accounting and proper distribution of water in all sections of the irrigation system are presented
