YOSHLAR ORASIDA INTERNETGA QARAMLIKNING PSIXOLOGIK OMILLARI
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yoshlar orasida internetga qaramlikning shakllanishiga ta'sir etuvchi shaxsiy, ijtimoiy-psixologik va yoshga oid omillar tahlil qilingan. Shaxsiy omillar sifatida o'zini past baholash, yolg'izlik, xavotirlilik va impulsivlik, ijtimoiy-psixologik omillar sifatida oiladagi muhit va tengdoshlar ta'siri, yoshga oid omillar sifatida esa o'smirlik va erta yoshlik davrining o'zlikni anglash hamda tan olinish ehtiyojlari ko'rib chiqilgan. Internetdan foydalanishning motivatsion tomoni, xususan, uning muammolardan vaqtincha qochish vositasiga aylanishi yoritilgan. Internetga qaramlikning salbiy oqibatlari (uyqu tartibining buzilishi, diqqatning susayishi, o'quv ko'rsatkichlarining pasayishi, ruhiy holatning yomonlashuvi) bayon etilgan hamda ularni bartaraf etishdagi profilaktika yo'nalishlari, jumladan oila va ta'lim muassasalaridagi psixologik ishlar va kognitiv-xulq-atvor terapiyasi taklif etilgan.
