Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретико-методологические основы применения элементов когнитивно-поведенческой терапии (КПТ) в процессе психологической реабилитации. Анализируются механизмы коррекции когнитивных искажений, эмоциональной стабилизации и формирования адаптивного поведения в системе психологической реабилитации. Кроме того, с научной точки зрения раскрывается эффективность КПТ в восстановлении психоэмоционального состояния личности.
